Friday night as I was closing the shop, one of our bay doors snapped a cable. I called Marvin and explained the situation. He informed me of the cost and said he could be out immediately. I was given an ETA of 8:48 pm, he arrived at 8:47. He assessed the situation, and went right to work. He was thorough but quick, checking the quality before advancing with his process. Very professional, and even educated me on the type of spring and door system I had. 10/10 service hands down.

Incredibles customer service. Great people and awesome products. Love my garage doors. These guys do spectacular work. You will not be disappointed. One of my springs broke. Quentin came out and fixed my door until a replacement spring could be acquired. A week later, Quentin came back out and installed two new springs. Q is such a nice young man. GA Door and Gate did a great job installing 4 large rollup doors, including two that were 12' x 14' tall. Everything looks and works as expected. The roll-up doors are easier to open and close than the last set GA Door and Gate installed for me over 10 years ago. Marvin, Rob and Nikki were prompt in responses to email and phone calls and Marvin's customer service is what I hope everyone in business would strive to display. I will use GA Door and Gate again for my garage and shop door needs.
